The Blueberry Queen was one of the colorful characters described by the singer-story-teller. Here, the Queen suddenly appears from the dark and entertains Terrie and Rita with her persuasive preaching about the value of blueberries and how future blueberry farms could occupy a large part of South Jersey. Obviously she was berry correct in her prediction!
