Visit the Camden County Historical Society located in a nice, residential section located directly behind Lourdes Hospital.
First, we'll meet at 10 AM, in the Moorestown Turning Point Restaurant’s parking lot. We'll form carpools and then depart for the Historical Society at 10:20 AM.
Once at the Historical Society, enjoy a guided tour that brings our local history to life with marvelous exhibits and fascinating narratives.
See the Cooper Family Mansion, complete with 18th century furniture, artifacts, and displays. Then from our tour guide, experience the museum’s display of 18th through 20th century exhibits and artifacts from local history.
The Society requests a $5 cash donation from each person at the conclusion of the tour.
Following the tour, we'll drive to the Turning Point Restaurant's private dining area in Moorestown that has been reserved from 1:30 to 3 PM.
Separate checks will be available.
Contact Tom to let him know if you plan to attend the tour, the optional luncheon, and if you are participating in the carpooling.
